Executive Functioning Specialist
Hi, I’m Ashley! I hold a master’s degree in applied psychology and am a licensed cross-categorical special education teacher. With over a decade of experience in education, restorative justice, and social work, I bring a deep understanding of how trauma, disability, and neurodivergence can impact academic success—and how the right support can make all the difference.
At AscendAble Coaching, I work one-on-one with college students to strengthen essential executive functioning skills like time management, task initiation, organization, studying, syllabus review, and note-taking. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by deadlines, unsure how to start a paper, or struggling to balance academics with life, I'm here to help.
My approach is compassionate, individualized, and strengths-based. I meet each student exactly where they are, tailoring every session to their unique goals, learning style, and lived experience. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that honors the intersection of mental health, disability, and learning needs. My work is informed not only by professional expertise but also by personal experience—supporting a loved one with ADHD has taught me how to navigate real-world challenges with empathy and flexibility.
Students and families often tell me they feel seen, supported, and empowered. Compassion, commitment, and high standards are at the core of everything I do. My mission is to help students not just survive college—but succeed on their own terms.

Neurodivergence Expert and EducatorHi, I’m Kylie—an academic coach, educator, and passionate advocate for Neurodivergent learners.
I hold a Master’s in Teaching and am a credentialed multiple-subject teacher in both California and Wisconsin. With over a decade of experience in education—as a student, tutor, interventionist, paraprofessional, homeschool instructor, and general education teacher—I bring a well-rounded perspective to academic support. As both a Neurodivergent educator and former student, I deeply understand how trauma, disability, and mental health challenges can affect academic performance—and how the right support can make all the difference.
At AscendAble Coaching, I work one-on-one with college students to build essential executive functioning skills, including time management, task initiation, prioritization, organization, and syllabus digestion. Whether you're overwhelmed by deadlines, unsure how to start a project, or struggling to balance academics with life, I’m here to help.
My approach is compassionate, individualized, and strengths-based. I meet students exactly where they are—tailoring every session to their goals, learning styles, and lived experiences. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space that honors the intersection of disability, mental health, and academic needs.
What makes my work personal is that I’ve lived it. My coaching is informed not only by professional expertise, but also by my own experience navigating Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and OCD through an academic lens. As a Military Spouse, I know how hard it is to manage a household while simultaneously trying to prioritize yourself while also fostering your own dreams and goals; you don’t have to do it all alone. We can help take some of the mental load off of your already full plate!
Students and their families often share that they feel seen, supported, and empowered. My mission is to help students not just survive college, but thrive—on their own terms.
